THE DESIGN EXPERINCE

Revival Living is a full service design and renovation team located in Bryan, Texas. We work closely with our team of trusted subcontractors to create amazing spaces that you’ll absolutely love!

  • We believe a home should reflect the people who live within it. Through our furniture and décor services, we work closely with you to understand your style, the pieces you already love, and how your space functions day to day. From there, we design a cohesive plan that refreshes and elevates your home. Our team manages sourcing, procurement, storage, and final installation to bring the vision together with ease.

  • Building or renovating a home involves countless decisions, and we’re here to guide you through each one. We assist with selecting  finishes including paint colors, flooring, plumbing fixtures, lighting, hardware, countertops, and more. Through inspiration boards, material samples, and ongoing collaboration throughout the build process, we help ensure every detail works together to create a cohesive and thoughtfully designed home.

  • Whether renovating a single room or your entire home the process can be overwhelming, but our team will create a clear vision tailored to your needs. From helping with a floorplan, finish selections, to managing subcontractors, we handle every detail to ensure a smooth, effortless experience for you.

1. Initial Consultation

Every project begins with a conversation. During our consultation, we take time to understand your current space, your goals for the project, your budget, and any inspiration you may have gathered. We’ll walk through the space together, taking measurements, photos, and detailed notes to fully understand the scope and potential of the project.

2. Proposal & Design Agreement

After our consultation, the Revival Living team will prepare a detailed scope of work and project estimate. Once we confirm that we are a great fit to work together, we’ll move forward with a signed design agreement and begin developing the creative direction for your space.

3. Design Development

This is where ideas begin to take shape. We create inspiration boards, material selections, and design concepts that reflect your vision while ensuring the space functions beautifully for everyday life.

For furnishing projects, we source furniture and décor through our trusted manufacturers and vendors. For renovation projects, we collaborate with a team of experienced subcontractors who help bring our designs to life.

4. Ordering & Coordination

Once the design plan is approved and materials deposits are received, we begin ordering all selected furnishings and materials. Furniture and décor are delivered, inspected, and stored until installation day. For renovation projects, materials and selections are secured through our vendors and coordinated with our construction partners.

5. Installation & Reveal

The final step is bringing everything together. Our installation team carefully places and styles each element of the design while we oversee every detail.

When the work is done, you’ll walk into a fully finished space—thoughtfully designed and ready to be lived in.
